Yes, fcfg, he very well could have killed him. After the World Cup I got a whole lecture from my mom (who is a nurse and a respitory thearapist) about all the things he could have done which have already been listed here.

i don't think killing is possible. coz i haven't heard of someone's murdered because of his/her breast was hit by the killer's head.

The muscle below the hear, that supports the heart, could dislocate, then the heart would incline & stop working.
