One of 4 things
1.There either abused when there young.
2.There not disiplined when there young.
3.They are insecure about there life so the meddle with someone else's.(most are like this)
4.They think there doing something "cool" when in reality there just proving that they are a fool.

Because God made some people mean, and some people good, so we could know good from bad.

Ok, for one thing, GOD had nothing to do with making people mean. He just allows us to make our own choices. People who are "mean" are often just projecting their upbringing. Parents have everything to do with it. Teach them manners, they will use them. Teach them nothing, they will learn to deal with life their own way. Since there is no discipline or structure in their lives, the wrong way tends to be more appealing, and it sticks with them for life. Oh, one more thing, what DOES this have to do with toys?!?
