absolutely - and especially ugly stupid people... they are just asking for their kids to be picked on at school.
Q - Should there be a national stupidity test and those deemed stupid should be steralised?

Who sets the stats for your breeding program? What IQ level would you say is ok to become a parent?
What about people that have a hard time taking tests? since there are different types of intelligence and skills such as cognitive, intuitive, and such...
Stupid people frustrate me sometimes yes but the fall out of a "stupid people can't breed law" is terrifying.

If you say you believe in eugenics (selective breeding) I will introduce you to a fellow named Adolph, you remeber him he murdered about 6 million people and used have his scientists experiment on just what you are talking about for kicks. On the other hand by you asking this question I guess YOU wouldn't be allowed to breed.

Who sets the criteria? Who determines the definition of "intelligent enough to breed"? I look at your question and would change "feel" to "believe," but as long as you can love, nurture, and care properly for a child, I believe you can breed.

For some reason the children that these people bear end up being absolutely wonderful people. It seems to me when you grow up not having love, understanding, morals and security, you turn out better than children who grow up completely overindulged.
This is why I completely ignore my children at all costs. I'm doing it for their own good.

Fortunately we as a people have laws protecting procreateion, who's to say who is stupid and who is not. I say your stupid for asking this question, therefore you shouldn't be allowed to procreat. Do you now understand where I'm coming from.

... and who do you think should decide as to who is and isn't stupid?
Should it be people with doctoral degrees who decide in their respective communities? Should people take tests? Should bad spellers be classified as stupid? or those who suck in math? or both?
