Tell her about how you were trying to rush but you had to shave your armpits. And explain that you hate when you get nasty hair going on.

Maybe she has a preferance for hairy armpits, it is after all her body and not yours.
Ask her "So why do let your armpit hair grow? Is it something sexual, cos I read an article on the net about how some fellas prefer a hirsute girl? Or maybe you just can't be arsed to keep it trimmed"

wow, your friend has bo and hairy arm pits? Its time for a make over for the mind and body. just tell her. Its for her own good, because when her social life improves she will be loving it.

just ask out of interest what do you use to shave your armpits, or do u have them waxed or do u shave them and ask her what she preferes and say that its so horrible when people dont shave,
or you could say that when u were on the bus u saw a woman/girl with hairy armpits and u thought was disgusting, maybe then she will know what people are thinking and you think! gdLuck, x
but it could be that she cant or doesnt want to! so bear that in mind and ask politely in a friendly tone and show that your being understanding, x

I shaved one of my pit-dawgs one time. It was red for days, it sucked. I don’t know how you people do it. Speaking of shaving, I just bought the fusion, it sucks. It’s so expensive and it sucks. But think about it, if 1 out of 10 men (who shave) bought this thing, Gillett would have had to made millions.
Anyway here’s the plan. Don’t tell her, pretend you don’t notice them. Invite her over to spend the night, and when she is deep in her sleep, shave them.
You shave her pit-dawgs.
It's full proof.

there is no excuse for a lady havin hairy armpits, u just have to tell her straight, got to be cruel to be kind in a situation like that, u are only thinkin what everyone else is prob thinkin too. its better she hears it from u her friend then from some random person walkin down the street shoutin how nasty it is.

Is it your best friend or just your friend? Either way i guess it does not really matter just tell her that you think she should shave. My aunt went through a European stage a while back and did not shave at all for months. not saying European girls don't shave because some American women don't either. Just tell her we should have a slumber party and shave your legs and armpits paint nails and eat junk food splurge a little bit. Have Fun!

Ask her if she think woman should shave their armpits. Maybe she wants hair there. If she don't then, that will open up the conversation about her hairy armpits.

As a friend you should tell her that armpit hair on female is neither attractive nor sexy. Her parents or family might not have taught her about hygiene. Plus hair in unwanted places cause oder.

just tell her how other people wax or shave their armpits and how u do it too and after cleaning ur armpits it makes u feel wonderful. then say that if someone waxes or shaves her armpits then she wud never want to go hairy again
then say y dont u try it....
