Name something we came up with? I'll start you off with the language you (attempt to) speak. What exactly does 'I went to warfighter' mean? Do you mean 'I went to war to fight'?

Yes, yes, yes. Everyone would be speaking German. Geez, are you guys taught to say that anytime somebody questions America and its actions? The America that "saved" the world from Hitler is not the same America that exists today. Why can't you think of something positive that America has done NOW? I'm sure there's a few. Quit living in the past. Anyone remember the war of 1812? How come Americans don't want to talk about that little piece of history?
I think the world would be better off without Bush as president. I wouldn't go so far as eliminating all Americans from the equation. There's some pretty cool ones out there.

Think you've phrased you're question a little backwards, should be would we be better off without the rest of the world. And the answer to that is a resounding yes. Britain is just now paying off what they owe us from WW11 but to their credit they did keep making payments which everyone else seemed to forget about. Now, every nation that wants a handout or has some other problem that is self induced, turns to us. Our northern neighbors when they can quit running us down and want decent medical care, guess where they go. South. Our southern neighbors, even though they do like to complain about the US, go to great extremes to get here as do a large portion of the rest of the world. The Somalian gov. is now clamoring for US intervention. I think we should evict the UN, void all agreements and treaties, seal all of our borders and let the rest of you deal with your own problems without our money and young men.

We would be speaking German if we lost the war but we kept the Germans out of our country and had nothing to do with America.It was only when Japan came in they caught us off guard becuase we had JUST kicked the Germans out of North Africa and then you came in saying that you saved our butt.

Bush "won" through a recount. Both times. He wasn't truly elected by the people. Please don't "off the yanks". I voted Kerry. I am thankful for our freedom of speech that lets me say this, and I wish it was freedom to do more. Like impeach Bush.
He is using the US for his own personal mob squad. It is our president who is swatting those forgetful yule time friends.
I am betting if you leave us to our own devices, we will likely blow ourselves up.
We are currently engaged in war on more than one front. That was the demise of Napoleon and Hitler. Bush learned nothing in history class.
We are mostly disappointed in his "leadership" too.
As for you my British friend, your country is right there with the US on many of it's misadventures.
I also agree with the person who said that if it wasn't for us you would be speaking German about now.

i think 90 percent of the things you do in a day you can thank the AMERICANS for. like yahoo. I am an american soldier i went to warfighter and worked with all other armys. I liked the british but they even said we were better. So lets think about if we didnt have crumpet eating brits in the world. I think we could do without you better. name something you contributed
