I'm not quite sure what the US is accomplishing in Iraq either. I think it's ignorant for people to use the excuse that "they're there to protect you from the terrorists". I'm still wondering what the whole 911 thing had to do with Iraq. I understand going to Afghanistan but not Iraq.
I think the American government were a bit overconfident when going into Iraq, now I think they're screwed and will be a long time before they get out. Having soldiers in Iraq won't protect you from terrorists. It's foolish for people to think that.

If you cannot see what has been gained and what will be gained by Iraq and Afghanistan, then you are completely blind. War was declared on the US and the rest of the free world over 30 years ago. Ignoring the problem only led to multiple attacks including 9/11. How much longer are YOU willing to put your head in the sand and say I don't see anything.
Stop drinking the Kool-Aid, stop regurgitating liberal talking points that you really don't understand how to use in a proper sentence, start thinking for yourself.

You need to pay attention to something other than the evening news. There are many good things occurring in Iraq but they do not get reported much if at all. It amazes me how many people would rather look for the negatives, rather than applying the concepts that made this country great in the first place.

US + UK are invited by Iraqis to kill the natives. Being invited they will sit there for a decade atleast and spoil the whole situation and return to their origin silently. Thanks to Saddam, his family members & Bath party's leaders! Ok, where are they now? This is how a sensible native becomes a refugee in his own country and the offender becomes the ruler!
