Turns out that I'm mostly Grumpy - as in Grumpy Old Men. That works out to be a potent little formula - content in my personal life, but Grumpy (and occasionally furious) at the rest of the world, shouting at advertisements on TV and despairing of what we're allowing to happen to our world and our standards. Grr. Yeah, definitely, score me in the Grumpy column. If there isn't a Grumpy column, well that's just typical, isn't it! ;oD

That really depends on how well-off I'm doing financially, and socially. These days, I'm mostly happy since I tend to have a lot of studying, volunteer work, and social activities around me.
I'm mostly depressed when I'm not doing as well with the people I know and when financial burdens get to a point where it stresses me out (aka - losing my job or things of that nature).
Even when I do get depressed however, I try to keep an optimistic atittude about everything I do. I think a lot of it has to do with your own personal experiences in life and the way you look at things.

I am mostly and almost always happy. There are so many things in life to be happy about. To be sad is such a burdon, like carrying a bag of bricks. If you get sad one day, and it is possible to do something about it, do it. If you can't control it, get help.
If it needs time, take the time needed.

I'm ,mostly happy, I try to find the best in every situation...sometimes that's hard but I like to think I'm shiny and happy most of the time :)

Until about 24 years old I was very unhappy with rare happy spells. Then suddenly I was released from this prison of suffering and now I can't believe my luck. Very happy most of the time.
It has - among others- to do with moving out and doing what I want.
(Don't jump to conclusions that my parents were some psycho couple torturing me in the basement - no, they are lovely people, possibly tried too hard to squeeze perfection out of me ;)

I'm mostly content. Content that I'm alive, moderately doing what I want with my life and my family is healthy and all of their needs are met. I have bouts of happy and sad moments...but I like contentment so much more. It's nice and even.
