The sperm does *not* come out after having sex. If it did, there would be no way for you to *know* that it did because the sperm is microscopic--the smallest cells of the human body...and almost *all* the cells are microscopic. So don't worry about it.

What drips out after sex is *semen*. It is a liquid whose entire reason for being is to get the sperm into the female body. Once it has performed its role (for about 15 seconds), it is no longer needed. It doesn't matter if it drips out of you, evaporates, or is somehow magically dispensed with. It is the *wrapping paper*, and hopefully, it managed to get the gift to its correct destination.

In order to get pregnant, you need to have sex shortly before ovulation. A woman ovulates about 2 weeks (usually 12-16 days) before her *next* period. If a woman is approaching ovulation, her body will direct the sperm up through her cervix, through the uterus, and into the Fallopian tubes. It is in the outer part of the tubes where fertilization will take place (if, indeed, it does). It takes several hours for the sperm to reach the right place, but they can stick around waiting for up to 3-5 days. The egg, on the other hand, only lives for a few hours (occasionally up to a full day). By the time a woman can know she's ovulated, it's almost certainly *too late* to get pregnant that cycle.

If you want to know when you are ovulating to have the best possible chance to get pregnant, you need to chart your signs of fertility. Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It explains all of the above and much more in a lot of detail.

The sperm comes out of penis at the time of ejaculation during sex it is natural the quantity may vary .

You should have sex exactly between your period cycle eg: 28 days cycle means you have periods every 28 days . ending of the starting of the periods , so the 14th , 15th days your body temperature will be slightly higher and that time if sperm is released in the vagina and it has good chance to be fertilised within 24 hours .

Yes! It is natural for the sperm to come out after sex. You need to find the day of your cycle when you ovulate. Try an ovulating kit or start counting your cycle if it is regular.

Hi Susan, if you are still trying , check out below.

After intercourse, prop your legs to the wall, your back on the floor / bed. Keep it there for about 10 - 20 minutes. This aid the sperm to flow down to the uterus wall (in case they are swimming at less strength).

sperm leak out out the vagina but many have started their swim toward the beautiful egg. They will be in there a few days before they die off. If seeking pregnancy prop bottom up on pillow after intercourse so more will stay inside you, less leak out.

Without playing games, don’t be available 100% of the time or let your life be an open book. A man that comes on too strong or doesn’t have outside interests will scare a woman away just as much as it would if the circumstances were reversed. Read here http://AttractAnyWoman.emuy.info/?2eB5

Women don’t want to feel as though they are completely responsible for your happiness and that is what it feels like when the other person has no outside interests. Men who are overeager or jump when the woman says jump are the ones who are more likely to end up in the friend zone. This doesn’t mean that you should play the game of not calling for a few days; it means that you should set healthy boundaries until you both naturally find a spot for the other in your lives.
