if we are to talk about war, then hazeb alla has the right to do the same to the israeli nation , which they did not do , they only bommberded millitary zones and when izrael killed the refugees on their way to the UN hazb we alla had to retaliat .

I would describe it as a Nation at War. Simple fact is that people die in war. If you want to judge a country, don't judge it by the fact that people die in war. Judge it by why it is at war in the first place.
Is it the aggressor? Was it provoked? Is it simply defending itself? What are the goals? Are they at war to set men free? or are they simply just trying to completely destroy a neighboring nation.
Take current events for example. Israel was attacked, it's nation was invaded, under constant attack via missiles, and suicide bombers, it's citizens kidnapped. They are simply defending themselves, they were attacked first, and they are completely in the right. Whereas their enemy Hezbollah, has no such noble purpose, they simply want to wipe Israel off the map, they fight like cowards, throwing up missiles and running away to hide behind women and children. They are part of the evil that must be dealt with.
Their time is coming to an end, the tides are turning and we will lead the fight (actually we have already started).
