Both my husband and I work at the same company and we have to be dropped off at our work sites each morning, I ride the company van and he rides the company bus, we do spend our lunch together but a new girl was hired and her first day I trained her, now she has an area of her own and she rides the bus but everyday she tries to sit next to my husband and I get a feeling that she is after him, He says he avoids her as much as possible, he tries to sit elsewhere on the bus but sometimes he has no choice when the bus is full he has to sit by her. She is married but when I trained her she talked as if she wasn't happy. Now she barely speaks to me but she always speaks to my husband, Am I being paranoid or should I watch out.

Just keep an eye out; don't assume she is after your husband. However, when she does talk to you, say something like : " My husband, "john", said he sat with you on the bus". Just to let her know that YOU know where she is sitting and he's reporting it to you. Smile and be nice. It will irk her.

Could be a typical office infatuation. Drop a comment to your husband about your continued awareness of her behavior, but I'd let it go after that unless something more substantial were to become evident. I doubt it will. No one in his right mind is going to get involved in a situation like that and risk a stable, comfortable relationship with his spouse - and I have the feeling that this is the case in this instance.

I am no fan of working with a spouse. Just for this reason. Not that you are wrong, but can be very misleading. I'm sure you totally trust your husband, but there is always that what if factor. As a husband, it is my duty to tell my wife and make her feel she's number one. I tell her whom I talk to at work and what we talked about. I guess what I am getting at is communication is key. Maybe, she wants more? Who knows, but YOUR HUSBAND. If he doesn't want to acknowledge her, trust what he tells you. I would not be paranoid.

I'm sure everything will be alright

Maybe she just needs a man's point of view. If your husband is trying to avoid her, I see no real reason to worry. When they both have to start working late, then I would get worried.

Typical woman paranoid that her husband talks to another woman. If you trust your husband then you shouldn' t be asking this question!

If you trust your husband you have nothing to worry about and you will just make yourself look foolish.
