My friends and I want to work in the UK, we are Indian Citizens?

I have done my undergrad from UK and now applying for a MBA. I want to work there eventually and also would like for my friends to come there. Could you please tell me which would be the best job options or companies that are willing to apply for a Work Permit easily. Thanks

My friend is Indian, too, and all companies asked him if he had work permit on UK territory. British employers want people who already have the work permit, they don't bother to prepare the visa for you. What you have to do is to apply for high-skilled person visa. It's a sort of Green Card given to people who have a very good resume and work experience in some fields. Read about that sort of thing, to know what it's all about and where to apply for such visa.
