It takes several hours for the sperm to find their way up to the outer part of the Fallopian tubes where fertilization takes place. But if conditions are right, they can live in the female body up to 3-5 days before ovulation/fertilization. (And, by the way, 4 days is 96 hours, not 98...)
I've seen some claims that sperm can reach an egg in less than an hour, but these always seem suspect. For instance, to quote one Web site (see sources section below), "In all they need to travel about seven inches from the cervix through the uterus to the Fallopian tubes. When you consider that they travel at a rate of roughly an inch every 15 minutes, that's quite a trip. The fastest swimmers may find the egg in as little as 45 minutes" 15 minutes per inch for 7 inches is almost 2 hours as a *minimum*. This is an internal contradiction that probably indicates the author of the Web page doesn't have accurate information.

A healthy sperm can remain active in the woman's body for four days,so the time interval between orgasm and conception is 1 to 98 hours because it takes the semen about an hour to swim to the falopian tube.

It can be a very short time - 5 minutes - and up to about 72 hours... Where conception is the moment at which the sperm meets the egg in the fallopian tube.

There is no correlation between orgasm and conception.
Maybe you mean ovulation? Fertilization happens very quickly after ovulation, which is why it is important to have sperm there and waiting for when you do ovulate
