Can't start my ipod nano?

Can someone please tell me how to start my ipod nano,It was fine but I think the battery has drained,have done all the things it says in support can anyone help please.

try restarting the ipod nano by holding down the top button and the middle button for about 20 seconds. It should restart. You could also try keeping it plugged into the USB port to ensure it is charging.

Keep it plugged in to your computer USB port and eventually it should come to life, otherwise there's something wrong with your iPod Nano.
