Ok..Well, to be perfectly blunt about it: The age of Sexual Consent here is 16, well, i'm 17 now..And there's this guy I like that used to be a teacher, but is no longer a teacher..I don't want love or anything like that, bleh..I just want to..Uh..Well..You get it i'm sure..But do you think this is a good idea? And if so, how should I go about this? *We had, and continue to have a close relationship.* I know, it sounds so wrong, but if you could only see into my mind and know how I feel, you'd be going crazy too!! Someone give me some advice..

I don't really care if i'm another notch in his belt or anything..If you only knew how bad I wanted this guy, you'd see that I don't care..And he isn't really that much older than me, seriously..

its youre life and it doesn't seem that its against the law in any way but the fact that you asked the question makes me think that you re having a moral dilemma. if you are questioning whether its the right thing to do then maybe you shouldn't, especially if its just for sex. rather go out and find someone that you dont need to ask this question about:-)

fraudulent_messiah, a teacher here.

The best skill a teacher can give a kid is the ability to think about their future.

Imagine your future, your children, meeting their teachers. How will you feel, how will it change your relationship with all future teachers and how they deal with your children? What if one of your children becomes a teacher?

I suggest waiting until you find someone who is your peer, and if they happen to be a teacher, and of a like age, then so be it. The psychological results would be far less far reaching.

This is why people warn caution to our kids as they grow up about sex. It isn't just diseases, or pregnancy. It's how sex changes all of us when it is made a part of a growing mind when it is young. We've seen it too often, and how it changes the values and ethics of the growing adults in ways that hurt them, despite the fact that it is a wonderful thing.

I suppose if we did a better job of teaching children maturity it wouldn't have such a negative effect, but we aren't that advanced in our educational system and parenting, yet.

Good luck to you. I would give you a hug, tell you to wait, and depending on how you handled it, cut off the relationship and/or encourage you to talk it over with your parents since they are still legally responsible for you.

I'd also question if this man has the morals/ethics/sense of honor you would want in your life? Is this all you are worth? Or are worth a lot more? Crazy is when you refuse to choose and won't admit it to yourself.

Choose wisely.

I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment. You say you only want one thing, yet you don't seem to convincing. Also you are really young and you are bound to attach emotions with sexual contact. I wonder when you say you have a close relationship with him what it entails.

Don't do it. You will regret it. You are just a notch in his belt. Plus you will feel slutty later on.
