I have just bought this mobile phone and I am really struggling to fit the sim card. I'm probably being really stupid, but any help would be appreciated, I don't want to break or damage the sim.

there should bet two gold clips slip it under it does not go in it gets secured by battery, put in in as much as possible, put the battery in and then put the phone on it will tell you whether or not the sim is present, good luck.

take the mobile phone and the sim card to where you bought it they will assist you meaning they`ll help with your problem. good luck
