Where can I find TImes New Roman Identity H font /please help me?

i'm trying to convert a text from PDF to a doc but is unreadable

Identity H is not recognized by the search engine on the Linotype page but this is what it says: "Please avoid the use of CID ("Identity H") encoded fonts, as many reviewers cannot view or print PDF files that contain such fonts." on http://jcp.uchicago.edu/instructions/checklist.html
