It is very true indeed. I've known several women who had their period the entire pregnancy. One girl I went to High school with, didn't know she was pregnant until she felt something moving in her stomach. At first it feels like air bubbles or gas. Then she found out she was like 4 months into the pregnancy already. She still had her period. Also, at my first job ever back in 1996 a woman I worked with didn't even know she was pregnant until her water had broken. true story. Another woman worked with my father and she was heavy set. She went home from work due to stomach cramps and then her boss got a call that she had delivered a baby. She was so fluffy she didn't eveb know she was pregnant. She still had her period as well. Sometimes that happens. Go get a over the counter test done if you're in doubt. Better to know that not to know and attempt to rely on uncertain things.

Yes, definitely possible. But more likely to be "spotting" rather than a full-on period. But there can definitely be blood which could confuse a woman into thinking she is not pregnant. For a while...after a few months though, it would be apparent. Well, for most women! I knew a woman who didn't realize she was pregnant until she was 5 months along, because she bled at the same time as her period every month. She just thought she was gaining weight!

sure, that can happen! My best friend kept getting her period throughout the whole pregnancy! Not as "much" as while not being püregnant, but still... This can happen if the woman took the pill for a very long time. But regardless - better go see a doctor and get checked; this could be harmfull for the baby...

When a women gets her period the uterine lining is being shed off.
So the chances of pregnancy are slim to none. It depends on the amount of bleeding and cramping. If she is bleeding heavily it could signal menstruation or a early miscarriage. If she has light bleeding she could still very well be pregnant.

it's possible to have a period every month during a pregnancy, but it usually stops after the first or second month.
