Shouldn't the ovulation kit tell you that you are about to ovulate 12 to 24 hours after your positive result? Why did it change to negative the day after? Could this mean that im pregnant?

I have been testing for a week and Monday was my first day as a positive result however upon testing the very next day it returned a negative result? I have slight stomach cramps still?

It makes no difference what the OPK shows after it was positive. There's no reason to continue testing... It doesn't indicate pregnancy or lack thereof.

The LH surges for a short time, after which it can go down very quickly - this is completely normal. The LH begins to go down even before you ovulate.

On Monday would have been the last day for you!
On the 1st day of you next period count a total of 14 days that is when you ovulate. Go to www.babycenter.com they have an ovulation calculator and that will give you your days for the rest of the year unless you are not on a regular cycle.
Women ovulate 3-4 days a month which would be on the 14-16 day starting from this first day of you period.

It could have meant that you already had your LH surge and ovulated. You might have missed calculated your cycle or your cycle has changed.
Good luck
