No. unfortunatley you can not make your breasts get bigger this way. The only thing that works are implants.

It is a false notion. Breasts enhance only with passing age, during pregnancy, and also when the menses are being abnormally delayed due to hormonal deficiency.

No, breast aren't muscles are just genetic, but if you get pregnant then they swell up and become larger :-P.
