"Love Bites" by Def Leopard
and a song called Addicted..I'm not sure who sings it but if you're interested I'll e-mail it to you.
"She says she fells like she's addicted to a real bad thing,
always sitting waiting wondering if the phone will ring.
She knows she bounces like a yo-yo when he pulls her string.
It hurts to feel like such a fool.
She wants to tell him not to call or come around again, he doesn't need her now at all the way that she needs him.
She's on the edge about to fall from leaning out and in, she don't know which way to move."
"I Wish it Would Rain" by Phil Collins..that man has some great tortured soul songs.
"You'll Think of Me" by Keith Urban was on instant replay for days when my husband walked out...as was "Speed" by Montgomery Gentry
Once you're starting to recover
"Mislead" by Celine (don't laugh) Dion is great
"Everything about you" by Ugly Kid Joe
"A Rose is Still a Rose" by Aretha Franklin
(What can I say? I'm a chick)

Gary Allan (but also Earl Thomas Conley) "What I'd Say"
Talkin to the mirror, whispering your name
It's just like you were here, you'd think I was insane
I hold these conversations, in the silence of my room
Rehearsing all the things I'd say should I run into you
How's it goin', might be what I'd say
Well you broke my heart ya know
or Looks like rain today
or God I've missed you
Since you went away
You're lookin' well
Or go to hell
Might be what I'd say
There's times I've been so angry I could put my fist right through the wall
And then there's times I've come so close
To givin' you a call
I love you and I hate you
All at the same time
And then I pray you'd come back to me
Before I lose my mind
How's it's goin', might be what I'd say
You broke my heart ya know
Or it looks like rain today
Or God I've missed you
Since you went away
You're lookin' well
Or go to hell
Might be what I'd say
Or maybe God I've missed you since you've went away
Your lookin' well
Or go to hell
Might be what I'd say
However "The Apartment Song" by Bare Naked Ladies is also good, and if you're really p$(@@$d off, that Nickekback "Figured You Out" (I like your pants around your feet, the dirt on your knees), very good for rocking out a little rage.

The song I listened to over & over after my worst breakup was probably..."Again I Go Unnoticed" -- Dashboard Confessional..
So quiet
another wasted night,
the television steals the conversation
exhale,
another wasted breath,
again it goes unnoticed.
Please tell me you're just feeling tired
cause if it's more than that I feeel that I might break
out of touch, out of time.
Please send me anything but signals that are mixed
casue I can't read your rolling eyes
out of touch, are we out of time?
Close lipped
another goodnight kiss
is robbed of all it's passion,
your grip
another time, is slack
it leaves me feeling empty.
I'll wait until tomorrow
maybe you'll feel better then
maybe we'll be better then
so what's another day
when I can't bear these nights of thoughts
of going on without you
this mood of yours is temporary
it seems worth the wait
to see your smile again
out of the corner of your eye
wont be the only way you'll look at me then.

John Lennon/ (Just like) starting over. That is all one can do. Move on, but words don't take away the pain. I am happily married, but in the past there have been some ugly and painful break ups. Remember that one song by Paul Davis? "I Go Crazy. " When I look in your eyes I still go crazy." It is hard to let go. Of course one could listen to "Love stinks" over and over again.
