Normally when I feel depressed, I always listen to some light music and it makes me feel better. Well, I dun know why you feel lonely but try to get a group of friends to go out with you and going out with your friends, they should be able to cheer you up.

honestly, i don't think there is anything you can do. happiness is the key. i guess. YOUR own happiness. i had it once. and that was when i felt the least alone and the least depressed. and its never permanent. change is inevitable. this question makes me sad too. sorry.

If you're a postal worker, you go to a gun store and stock up for your next day.

that is hard. I feel that way sometimes even if i am in a croud of people.the best thing i can say is find something you enjoy like in nature and find comfort there.
