i know due to money issues and most of the wrestlers being signed to either TNA, or some other small promotion, that it will probably never happen, or they might have a cheap crappy version with only the guys from WCW that are in the WWE right now. But i'm just wondering if u guys think it'll ever happen.

I seriously doubt that would happen.

Vince is a business man and is not going to make a big move without a big reason. My theory is that he has busted out the ECW to try to run TNA out of business.

If ECW does well enough they will be able to have more options available to them concerning the channel they are on and the time slot they are in. If that occurs, they can start running their show at the same time as TNA and it will be just like WWE vs. WCW all over again.

ECW (WWE) will do big shows with more skanks and will spend a lot of time trying to buy the more popular guys from TNA. I just hope the guys from TNA look to the past a realize that some of the biggest, most popular guys from WCW all pretty much were treated like little punks when they went to WWE.

If you watch the show for a few episodes it seems apparent that Vince and crew love nothing more than a formula and this is a formula that has worked well for him in the past. I just don't see a threat big enough to justify trying to pull a WCW event off. If he does, you will know he is getting desperate.

No, & it won't happen anytime soon. When the WWE(which was then the WWF)bought WCW back in 2001, most of the superstars from WCW were intergrated into the company which later on resulted into the brands we know as Raw & Smackdown(ECW was bought out, too, by the same company & is now a brand in the WWE). As to whether a WCW Reunion PPV is concerned, it won't happen! Most of those stars who did wrestle for that company is now on TNA & some had said they will not work for Vince McMahon or his company because he's the reason WCW suffered an early demise!

Well, honestly, i've thought about WWE dropping smackdown and having WCW with bischoff as the general manager. I mean, wouldn't you rather see 3 different worlds every week, WWE, WCW, and ECW? But as much as i'd like it to happen it won't. Basically because WCW was just like WWE. It was wrestling. With storylines. The only things different were the storylines themselves, the talent, and the ring/stages. Thats it. Now ECW had a rebirth because it was different than WWE and WCW. It has hardcore. It was raunchy. It was in your face. ECW not only had the hardcore wrestling but pure wrestling matches as well. Also, ECW had a cult following. Not fans, but a cult following. Hardcore fans that hated everything WWE and WCW represented. This, my friend, is why we have ECW One Night Stand, and not WCW One Night Stand.

No, there will not be a WCW One Night Stand.
One Night Stand is a copyright brand of ECW, even though WWE owns all marketing rights, they are always careful not to cross reference brand names, as it adds confusion to their marketing.
Keep it simple is the first rule in marketing.
