Reformat the drive. There is little to be gained, however. I haven't seen fat 16 in years, and the drive must be small and ancient.Fat 32 will allow the computer to recognize a larger drive, and if recognizes it now, no benefit whatsoever.It is done by rightclicking the drive and selecting format. be advised all data will be lost.

Use PARTITION MAGIC!

You can change whatever format you want through Partition Magic!
