Even though, you did not know if the haunting was being done by an evil spirit or one that for whatever reasons hasn't crossed over.

After living in my house with a menopausal wife and a teenage daughter at the same time, nothing scares me. Hell, it'd even be more peaceful. We used to have a ghost, but it moved out when it realised how beaten it was and the poltergeist got sick of being hit by stuff thrown about by my daughter.

Perhaps you could let me know where this haunted house is so I could go there for a holiday?

Go in? I'd move in!

I would go in one that had a tour. But, I wouldn't want to go in one along and definitely not to spend the night. I would be too scared!!!

I once visited a friend who lived in an old house that had been temporarily a Franciscan Friary. At the time only two priests and my friend lived there. One day when we were talking in the library he told me about the ghosts who would flicker the lights in there and in the dining room. (Maybe old faulty electrical wiring?) Supposedly he would hear them "following" him down the stairs (maybe old stairs creaking mimicing that effect?). He said that at night he would hear them with what sounded like dragging chains down the hallway when no one else was home and the cats were all outside. He said they even shook his bed on more than one occasion and stopped when he yelled at them to quit it. Of course shortly after he told me this story one of the priests came home and he left to go speak with him leaving me alone in the librabry. The lights started to flicker and I was a bit scared. I remember whispering that if there were any ghosts there that I wanted them to leave me alone! Thankfully my friend came back pretty soon. But, that experience has stuck in my memory ever since and that was when I was fifteen ..... over thirteen years ago now.

I know of one in my old neighborhood, when I heard about it I walked right in without thinking twice. After I'd been in for a minute or two I left just long enough to get a flashlight, some lunch and my sword (yes, I have a sword) and went right back in and didn't leave untill I'd throughly explored the whole thing.

Yes, hauntings fit in three catagories, there is a logical explanation, the house is attracting psychic manifestations, or the house was indeed the sight of tragedy.
Ghosts can't hurt you, they can scare you but they can't hurt you.
I've never heard of someone killed by ghosts.

Here is a funny and true answer. I did go into an abandoned "haunted house". And it turned out it WAS haunted...by FLEAS!!! I ran out screaming with about a million fleas covering my legs. I have never gone in one again.

Sure, I'll enter.

You know what, girl, there's nothing to be afraid of. Even if its real or just made by our imagination. You know, if its real, its made JUST by devil. And I know you can turn that spirit off if God is in your heart. I am really serious. Once there was a spirit on my aunt and she know it was on her back, she turn aroud fast and she saw it scared becoz GOD is in her heart and there's really nothing to be scared of. If your house is haunted, well anyway, there's no haunted house. It's just made by people who use their imaginations.

*DON'T BE SCARED*
