Who knows why. But it sure is not the way to be. Because when you judge, you form conclusions and convictions and when you are convinced about something you seldom accept a different view because nobody likes to change anything. And if you cant change, you can not grow and if you cannot grow, life is going to be a major pain for you and you are going to be a major pain for others. This is not a judgement.

I think judgemental people are those who haven't experienced the best and worst of life, to be truly understanding one has to experience both sides of the coin. For instance to know joy one has to have known sadness, to know cold one has to have experienced hot, to know love one has to understand indifference, the list is endless. I also think judgemental people are very shallow and blinkered.
