I truly don't know I like a lot of the characters...

hmmm... Naruto, Hinata, Neji, Shikamaru, and Gaara I think are my favorites in technique.
Naruto and his clone technique is cool. Kicks butt! Makes a whole bunch of himself and beats up the enemy.
Hinata and Neji Byakugan technique is awesome. Using their powers to beat up their enemies on the inside... not to mention being about to fight fast and able to defend off a lot of attacks at once!
Shikamaru is very smart and his shadow technique although limited is cool. He's laid back and he never panics!
Gaara and his sand techniques... wish I could control sand like that... but then again because of it he can't ever sleep...

Jiraiya, he's one of the greatest shinobi around. And his jutsu rock, Rasengan is a powerhouse that uses much less chakra than Chidori but packs more punch. He's funny but also demands respect in battle. I believe he would have dominated in the Legendary Three battle if he hadn't been druged by Tsunade the night before.

Kakashi...he's too cool for school, he's never on time, but when needed, he can rise to meet most challenges. And he's mysterious. And his "rivalry" with Gai makes me laugh. And he's almost constantly reading "makeout paradise"

I like 3Th Hokage cos not only he can perform many jutsu but he has good heart and i think he can defeat Orochimaru if he still young

i really really really like shikamura, simply because he's smart and practical.
like, he almost failed the exam to become a ninja in teh first place because he doesn't try. but he tries just enough to make him excel, and that's why i respect him so much.

i like kakashi, itachi, and sasuke because the sharingan can copy any jutsu and lets the person who has it read the other persons moves
