There are 3rd party software/freeware programs to convert from FAT16 to 32. However, it would probably be much more advisable to shift to NTFS which is even more efficient and secure than FAT32 (I've tried all three). To do so, there is a program called convert which runs under the command prompt in WinXP.

To answer this question, I would need to know what operating system you are using. ie. win98, Win2K, WinXP etc.

You can change whatever format you want through Partition Magic!
