I agree. I could not stand Pee-Wee's playhouse when it aired on Saturday mornings many years ago. However, I must agree that it is MUCH better than re-runs of Saved by the Bell. I personally love watching Futurama and Family Guy. My hubby likes InuYasha.

It is befitting the whole adult-swim idea. All of their programming is just lame. I have found that the people who watch that junk are too. By the way It's spelled "retarded". At least Paul Ruebens aka Pee Wee Herman knew how to spell it.

If you watch any of Adult Swims shows, Pee Wee won't be as raunchy but probably just as funny or funnier. If there wasn't a market (14-25 year olds) for it they wouldn't air it.
