just build one it would probably be cheaper, 4 2x10's nailed together in the shape of a square, set on ground, pound 2x2's in each inside corner about 6 inches deep and leave top flush with top of box, then screw or nail them to corners.paint ,your done, if your a little handy and have a saw and hammer this should take about 20 minutes.

Try B & Q , of any of the Local DIY type shops they should have one. Plus the sand to put in it.

woolworths, mothercare, or failing that do you have an old baby bath you could use, the kids dont mind they just want the sand!!

do you have "index" over there? or a "toys 'r' us" or maybe even "woolworths", those places should sell them.
