Not even close. During my first pregnancy, sometimes all I had to do was look down at my breasts and they'd hurt. lol Couldn't wear a bra, couldn't take a shower and have the water spray right on them, couldn't lie on my stomach and put any pressure on them...it was horrible.
With my second one, they hurt, but not NEARLY as badly as they did with the first one. It was more like sore breasts that you get right before your period starts, only a tiny bit worse.
During the early part of my second pregnancy, I kept freaking out that my breasts didn't hurt as bad as they did the first time, I thought I was going to miscarry or something else awful would happen. Heh...just turns out that every pregnancy was different and the baby was fine. :)

my breasts are more sore the second time around im 21 weeks and im leaking like crazy with both preg. the tenderness eased up after the first tri. hope this helps!

I did and my pain was unbearable. If anyone even bumped into me I would scream. I was not one of the lucky ones when it came to breast tenderness. And mine lasted for about four or more months. It was horrible.

Yes everything was intensified my second time around! Every pregnancy is different!

More with each pregnancy actually. And they now get sore before I start, which didn't use to happen.
