if so what is the phobia called

Phobia means fear. A fear of whatever is a Phobia. Do you know why you have a fear of swallowing pills? Do you fear you will choke on them? Some pills can be crushed unless enteric coated. Some medications come in ointments or patches so you could take the medication without swallowing a pill.

i think that is not a phobia in swallowing a pills the cost is in you,,, you are only afraid to swallow a pills,,, there are many things like that the one is me but now i cant do it,,,,

it isnt a phobia. lots of people cant swallow them. it doesnt mean your afraid. the body just wont swallow it easy because it is an unknown substance. the best way to swallow it with out fear is to drink someting like milk or soda so u wont know its there

I suppose so. My son WON'T swallow pills either!!! He's ONLY 11 yrs old.
