I would say at least and 8 or 9. She must know what she is talking about. She is successful and has her own shows on TV and the radio. If I had some cash I would take her advice.

She is directing herself to people with limited experience or exposure to financial matters. She is great at that.

Her advise is very sound and everyone should follow it. She is a CFP (Certified Financial Planner). You can go out and make an appointment with a CFP, they will talk to you about insurance, budgeting, credit and debt management, funding education, retirement, wills and trusts, income tax, investment planning, employee benefits. It is well worth the cost.
