Yeah, I did it in my first car, I moved off without releasing the hand brake. It was harder to control, so I noticed it after about 50metres, and released it.

If it is on a hill it might go forward or backwards depending which way u r parked.That's y u r supposed to turn the wheel in or out so as it wont go into traffic it will just rest against the curb.

it shouldnt move if the parking brake is on unless that brake is broken

If its a manual and its in neutral, Yes it can move, If its an automatic and not in park , Yes it can move, always use ur handbrake, or put a brick infront of or behind ur wheel, lol.

you will be able to drive a manual with the parking brake on. but after a few miles it will stall on you.

YOU BET IT CAN AND WILL. IF YOU FORGET TO RELEASE IT THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION WILL CREATE MORE THAN ENOUGH TORQUE TO DRIVE THE CAR FORWARD OR REVERSE. IF THE BRAKE IS NOT RELEASED, IT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE REAR BRAKES ON YOUR CAR. "BURNS THEM OUT AND THEN THEY WILL NOT WORK AS THE SHOES OR PADS ARE GONE.

THE HAND BREAK IS TO USED AS A BACK UP THE CAR WHEN PARKED IS TO BE PUT IN GEAR OR PARK (LOWEST POSS) AND THE HAD BREAK IS TO BE PUT ON HAND BREAKS DO NOT WORK GOOD IN REV. THEY ARE USED MAINLY FOR FORWARD MOTION JFB

If it a manual transmisson and it is in neutral, then yes, if it is an automatic, and in park, then no.
