i used to be a thin female when i turned 27 yrs old from 50 kilos now to 60 kilos more . im gaining weight even if i dont eat that much....is this happening bec. im getting old?

Apart from the fact that your metabolism may be slower, you mention that you don't eat much but not that you eat healthy. If you eat a whole bowl of salad it will be less fattening than eating a few chocolates. Try eating salads and fruits, that are the best types of food that don't have many calories and reduce your hunger. Also, take proteins, such as fish or meat with no fat. Avoid carbohydrates, sweets and fats.
Another factor you need to consider is exercise. If you don't have time spending two hours at the gym that is fine. Try walking to work instead of driving and doing housework also is a good exercise. After all you don't seem fat to me. I don't know your height, but 60kg is not that bad for a 27 year old.

You look fine in your pic. GIve yourself a break. Keep exercise and eating healthy and you'll be just fine. Don't just stop eating because then your metabolism will slow a little too much.

no its is not of that u are getting old,it's of eating extra , which does not required ,we should eat three time a day at morning and at evning and t night.do not worry it will be all right if u will do not take tention .
