Well yes they CAN though NOT all of them....I landed a Taurus and he landed me..I am a Virgo...took us months to realize the our best friend relationship was turning into a love match...we are now to be married...we NEVER flirted with each other, it is all right out the on the table....yes we are marrying in a few weeks,....eloping.
