To start, try to relax, that might be making you late. It's only 3 days, so that's not that late at all. You could easily throw yourself off by more than that if you worry too much. I was over 50 days late once and turned out to not be pregnant, but my doctor said that I was probably just so stressed out about it that it was making me late.

Go to CVS or Walgreen's or something and get a pregnancy test for like $10 just to make sure, or you can ask your doctor if you're not too shy. Most people don't show signs until at least 3 or 4 weeks if not more. And if you continue to worry too much, you could get sick which will look like Morning Sickness which will just make you more worried... It's just a big cycle.

You're probably not pregnant, but there's always a possibility, especially if the condom got stuck inside you, it might have dumped out a little bit.

However, if you end up not being pregnant, I seriously suggest you start taking a birth control pill (I use Kariva, it's like $5 with my insurance). Then you will know exactly when you are ovulating and/or supposed to be bleeding, and then you can avoid your most fertile days entirely just to be on the safe side.

Take a deep breath, try to relax, and take a test to be sure. Good luck! And if you are pregnant, please tell your parents. They might be upset or angry, but they will be able to help you sooo much and will just be even MORE mad if they find out about it later and find out you hid it from them. It's pretty hard to go a full pregnancy, deliver a baby and put it up for adoption without them noticing or suspecting something. It's also illegal in most states for a girl to get an abortion under the age of 18 without at least one parent's consent (if you were thinking about that). You can look for a Planned Parenthood Organization online. They will be able to give you a pregnancy test for free or cheap, and it will all be anonymous. They won't be able to tell your parents. They can also hook you up with free or cheap birth control for the future.

Make sure you tell your boyfriend about it though. He'll just be really hurt if he found out you were worried about so much and didn't even tell him. He'll be able to support you and help you a lot (emotionally). And if he doesn't step up to the plate, whether you're pregnant or not, dump his @ss. You need someone that will stand by you.

Good luck and I hope everything works out for you!!!

3 days isn't much to be concerned about, but I do understand why you're worried. If you have a 99 cents only store near you, they do sell pregnancy tests ...for 99 cents! And they're very-very accurate. In fact, they're more sensitive than the name brand ones you get at pharmacies and drug stores. It's true that stress can play a role in delaying your period, so do try and relax. Personally, I wouldn't say anything to your parents just yet. If it turns out to be a positive, then you can sit them down and drop the bomb, but until then there's no reason to cause panic. I don't like how people here have turned this into an abortion issue already, but I'm going to suggest that you look into the RU486 pill in the event that you have an unwanted pregnancy. It's a pill that women take that terminates a pregnancy very early on. It basically brings on a period. Anyway, good luck and girl! Get on the pill!!! :)

if you really dont want the baby, then i would advise you to have a termination, you need to think what is best for all of you. Can you look after a child? do you have enough money to support it. List down the negative sides about having a baby so young and then list the positive sides, it may help a little bit.

I am only 20 and i have 2 children ages 3 and 1! i first fell pregnant at the age of 16! i am happily married to their father and the children are very happy and have everything that they need. when i first found out i was so scared but it is not as scary as you think it may be, you are obviously responsible as you used protection and took the morning after pill! do what you think is best. good luck

It could just be stress. But if you are you need to realize that an abortion is not a form of birth control if you can't keep your legs closed you need to be responsible enough to be on birth control because as you have proved condoms aren't always the best choice. Find out if there is a health clinic in your town they usually do pregnancy tests for free or real cheap and they won't tell your parents.

Assuming the condom had spermicidal jelly in it you shouldn't be pregnant even if it came off in you. His sperm should have been dead. Still strange things do happen. Wait another couple of weeks and test yourself, or if you are so inclined seek a doctor and assume what you will. Try talking to your parents. You'll have to do it eventually and if you are mature enough to have sex you should be mature enough to defend your actions. They should be able to help you.

Well, if it helps I'm 16 and pregnant. Don't abort that baby, if you think that keeping it is not the best option then think about adoption. Don't freak out though. . . Stress CAN make your period late. But if you find out you are pregnant, try to think of all the possitives of it because that's all you can do at that point.

GOOD LUCK!

Wow. That sucks. Get a pregnancy test and find out forsure.

(Abortions, specifically suction, in the early stages cost about $450, just in case that's an option.)

Good luck!

Take a pregnancy test. You don't have to tell your parents about it. If it comes back positive, there are plenty of abortion clinics to terminate the pregnancy. And ask your boyfriend to pony up half the dough. :o) After all, he had equal play in it.
