actually I am really bad in starting speaking ,and my mother tongue is farsi,and I need practise english ,but I dont have any english friends'

My dear friend. there is no language of friendship, its just expression, you just start from that you will find all human beings will be your friends......

Find a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses where you live. Not only will you find that these people make the most loyal friends out there but they will be willing to help you with your English if you want. (although it seems you did quite well with your question).

try reading english books or watching english movies..you are bound to pick something up...and with practices then you'll be speaking english like a pro...as for friends..show them that you're worth to be their friend( in a good way) and they'll come to you...

I would say you were on the right track already. Reaching out. Might I recommend that you try going to church. In america the rule is if you find them in a bar you will leave them in a bar and if you find them in church you will never leave them.
