I think the neck. The hands show the MOST aging over time, but I would think that a look at the neck gives an indication of age more than anything. Those wrinkles just can't be hidden.

well it's actually the under eyes, they begin showing sign of aging at 18 yrs old, especially if not cared for properly. ALL women should be wearing eye cream by 18 yrs, unless they like the crappey, saggy, wrinkled look!
