take yoga or wushu.or ask a chinese doctor for the growth pills, or basically just keep stretching and... yeah stretching. Or probably don't be so conscious about it and dont be stressed out... that makes you grow. it works for me and i hav the height problem too :)

I don't really think there is a way to force youself to grow taller. We allgrow to certain heights becuase of a genetic predisposition. There is however a medical procedure which can help a person to grow longer limbs, but it is very painful. It involves breaking the leg bones and attaching metal bars to separate at bone until the space fills in. I personally would not want to take that route.

Exercise on Roman-Rings-that is two rings hanging form the ceiling just touching to your head, hold each in one hand and pull yourself up and down slowly. Secondly with the same ring pull up and slowly swing for 2-3 minutes- come down and try again. This you have to carry on for at least six months and see the difference. This exercise has to do in the early morning on empty stomach for half an hour.

i know basketball can make you grow taller. has something to do with stretching. and it's also a good way to lose a lot of weight.
