If you mean Potassium Phosphate as in tripotassium phosphate or tribasic potassium phosphate, it is
K3PO4
If you mean acid potassium phosphate, monobasic potassium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, or potassium biphosphate, it is
KH2PO4
There is also dipotassium phosphate or dibasic potassium phosphate :
K2HPO4
