I wouldn't advise it (though I'm not a doctor). But a UTI is caused by e-coli getting into the urinary tract. It's called "honeymoon-itis" meaning it occurs more frequently in those who are having a lot of sex.
So sexual intercourse raises the risks and would only exacerbate the condition, or make it harder to get rid of.

You most likely got the urinary tract infrection from sex. Its often called the honeymoon disease
Make sure you have an empty bladder before sex and after. Make sure that your partners hands are clean before he touches you. Make sure you wipe yourself from front to back after going to the toilet and last but very important make sure you drink plenty of water every day. And its o.k to have sex while you have a urinary tract infection because it must be almost better because you wouldn't want sex if you had a bad urinary track infection because you would feel awful

It is not a good idea. There is the likelihood of not just stirring up the current infection but because your defences are weakened by the first infection you are very susceptible to getting a new and different one.
What about you partner? Your partner would be open to getting "Non Specific Urethritis" which whilst in most cases is a simple transfer of your infection is actually classed as an STD and treated as such.
With the best will in the world if you give your partner an STD you will give them doubts and fears about you.

yes... you can not pass on a urinary tract infection to a man, but keep in mind that sex is probably how you got the UTI to begin with. (bacteria enters the urethra during intercourse and if you don't urinate right away, you may end up with a UTI, and even if you do urinate right away, you still might end up with a UTI)... So you aren't doing yourself any favors. get the UTI treated, then have sex all you want, but follow my above rule in parentheses... OK? hope that helps.

Sex during a UTI does not promote healing and getting better. The vagina is located very close to the urethra (the UTI infection site) and the penis could cause further irritation and push even more bacteria into the urethra. Be careful!
I also just want to mention that once when I had a UTI my boyfriend was diagnosed with one a few days later. You can pass it on to your partner and vice versa.

First, an UTI is not connected to sex, completely different set of organs. However, a UTI infection can be made worse with inserting more bacteria into the vagina. I would suggest waiting it out because UTI's, when treated properly, usually go away within a few days.

I was told that it is ok, but you should "pee" after sex and/or wash your genital area. Many women get urinary tract infections from sex

I have had many UTI's. yes it is okay but it may take longer to get better if you do not do some things like after having sex clean yoursel really well and do not have oral sex it will make it worse. The best thing to do is to wait until you are better nut if you can't then make sure you clean yourself really well before and after.

nope, being shaved isn't a subject matter. when you've sex, be sure you employ the bathroom and pee. once you've sex, such issues as micro organism get compelled into the urethra, and that ought to reason a uti. only pee, and it pushes all of it out.
