Okay. Go to the great plains laboratories website and call the 800 number. Talk to the operator. They can send you information for free, and will talk to you about your symptoms with no financial obligation. This is a site that deals with food allergies and human "diseases." My cousin's daughter is autisitc, and they took her to one of the doctors that works through great plains....she has improved so much in only 3 months. Depression is also another symptom of food allergies/intolerances. I know you might think it's crazy, but there is much research on the subject. There was an otherwise happy girl who became so depressed sometimes she wanted to kill herself. Her parents took her to an allergist on one of her "good" days. The allergist was doing the patch tests on her arm (or whatever they are called). She was talking and happy throughout the process. When they did the test for red food dye, she curled up on the doctor's table and told them she wanted to die. This is just one example, and people who are depressed on a regular basis can also benefit from this. At least give it a shot and call. I tell everyone about this because I see what it can do.
In the meantime, prayer can help as well. Faith in the Lord can do wonders.

Believe me or nor but YOGA, specifically Pranayum is the most beneficial for depression. It takes only five minutes-three to four times a day and feel the difference within 2-3 days. It is very easy, inducing relaxations of mind and body. Most of the people of India know this Yoga or buy a good book on the this subject.

I was 16 when I experienced a serious depression. People may say it is all in your head. But it is a serious problem and doctors and meds can help.

You need professional help.
Talk to a licensed doctor.
If it's an emergency, then get on-line and find the number to a national help line.

Sweet child your life is not your own. You and the very breathe you breathe belong to God. Give whatever is troubling you up and let God handle it! Pray Sweet one.
