Sorry, I just have to inject this because of my prior experience with my college days when the guys just visited the girls dormitory at night, whenever they needed to, for getting hosiery in bulk. Then they called it "panty raids" and it always resulted in a bunch of hosiery transferring ownership from the girls dorm to the mens dorm. Oh well, at least those are my memories, and probably nothing what you were interested in, but just a thought. Of course I never took part in any of that myself. Right.
As for really wanting to be purchasing your hosiery in bulk, go right to the source, like most of it is probably made in China. So go on-line, try www.google.com and just put in a couple of key words, like you really need to spell it correctly though, for example type in these key words: hosiery in bulk China
But you will possibly have to try other simpler key words perhaps. Just keep keying in your words--and good luck to you!

actually people with no brain on here will ask you where's bulk?
try alibaba.com... but well alibaba in arabic means theif.. so caveat emptor...buyer beware...
