Hey man. I don't know what you've been through and what problems you've got. But look, all i can say is that u have the courage to even post this up. The problem is that you think you're ashamed of what you've become and what you've done...but the fact of the matter is that you're not ashamed... your mad at the fact that you can't wake up everyday living an awesome life like a lot of us. You wanna break out of this hell thats constantley killing you. Hey, you're not far from freedom to breath happy again like when u were a kid still. Now you reached 15, you're a teenager. Man I'm 18 and I'm not gonna lie, its hard not to do things that I can just because im 18...its a lot of pressure! Bro, just look at life as a gift from God. One day you're gonna look back at this experience and realize where you were and you'll laugh with joy and freedom. If you fail in life and the world makes you hurt, get up from that fall and fight again man. Well think about this kk...God Bless

You're 15. That's the time that all the difficult questions start to surface.
You need to find someone to talk to. When school starts you can talk to a school counselor- and they can link you to other services if they feel it's necessary. That's the easiest way if you have any family problems and can't talk to a parent or relative. I'd like to think you could get into counseling or therapy before that, though. If you can talk to a family member who knows what insurance you have- please do so and find a therapist.
You can get on the NAMI.org or NMHA.org website and find the contact info. on their local affiliate (chapter of their organization). That's who you should call for information about what services are available in your area. There are also 1-800 numbers for teens that you can find on the Internet, if you can't talk to a parent. They will know the resources in your area.
Whatever you do, don't give up. You are so very young and there's plenty of time to get your life together and be happy and productive. I know you're hurting now, but it can get better. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it. You're worth it. OK? Believe that!

I've been there and been around 'alot' of people who have also. you really should try and find a therapist if you already havn't unless treated self injury usually only gets worst. It really does help to have some one to talk to and most therapist have also been down that road, even though there no supposed to admit it. There also might be some groups like "DBT" that might help, they teach different ways to deal with depression like sticking your hands in a cup of ice or putting a rubber band on you wrist and snapping it , instead of cutting. you local hospital mostly has a pshcaytic department that can help you find a thripst.

kk honey, being 15 is difficult for most people. your body is changing, your hormones are kicking in, and you're learning to deal with people socially that you may not have dealt with before.
there is nothing wrong with being bewildered with the world. i know i was. i'm 21 now and some days i still wake up and wonder what in the world i'm doing with my life.
don't be ashamed of the things you have done. regret is normal, but letting go and moving forward will keep you feeling healthy. please try to stop smoking and hurting yourself - it will be your body for the rest of your life, and putting scars on it now will not help later.
talk to your parents, siblings, friends, anyon you can trust. don't be afraid of your parents - if they love you, they will sit down and listen and try to help. speak rationally and explain how terrible you feel and that you want them to help you overcome it. if you don't want to talk to your parents, i'm sure there is a counselor or aide on your school campus who can help you confidentially. he or she would be a good place to start, to at least have someone to talk to.
remember that you live inside your body. take care of it, and it will take care of you. best of luck, grow up strong.
