Any states in the Midwest or the South.

Not just because I'm a minority either, who would probably get stoned to death, but because I prefer cosmopolitan areas where anything goes.

I would have to say Arkansas. I have driven through there many times and didn't enjoy it at all (and I was even off the expressway for many hours). I'm sure there are postive and negative points to every state though.

North Dakota... there is nothing much interesting there and it is winter 9 months out of the year... I think that would be the last state I would ever move to...

i'd have to say california...i have lived many places, and that is by far the worst! the people are all rude...it is too freakin hot...it just plain sucks!!!
