lose weight. Exercise will only increase the underlying muscle and increase the apparent size. Boobs are bags of fat. if you lose weight they should shrink. many gals say the boobs are the 1st thing to go

Ok, the size of your breasts is not very easy to reduce wihtout surgery. If they are not overproportionally huge, then regular diet, exercise and weight loss can POSSIBLY reduce the size of them. By losing body size, you breasts should reduce in size along with your body as you lose weight. Because your breasts are muscles, they will get stronger and stronger as you work out. Unlike most muscles, they spread across your chest instead of growing when in strenuous activity. The best type of workout to do for this is the type of exercise that gymnists do. Their workout is strictly for weightloss and minimal stress on the chest area to maintain weight.

Since breasts tissue is predominantly fat, when you lose weight you will notice a reduction in the size of your breasts. Depending on how fast you lose the weight wether they will sag or not.

If you want them to look smaller now, a lot of women wrap up in tension bandaging, just be careful not to wrap too tight.

losing weight helps...working out will help also...bench presses help...it will build muscle but reduce the fat in your breasts...don't go overboard with it though...it will also help your breasts to be more perky by building the muscle
