Aerosmith "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" haunts me like no other slow rock since "Stairways to Heaven". Steven Tyler is surely one of the classiest rock singers ever. This song is for me the perfect "love song"... freakin rocks as well....

I could stay awake, just to hear you breathing
Watch you smile while you are sleeping
while you far away and dreaming.
I could spend my life in this sweet surrender.
I could stay lost in this moment forever.
Every moment I spend with you is a moment I treasure...

Dude, Steven Tyler and Aerosmith are the top of the heap of rock stars. To me, when it comes to straight Hard Rock Stars there is Zepplin, Aerosmith, The Stones and Kiss...possibly ACDC and Ozzy/BS should be thrown in the mix.

Your song choices are great! I am right there with you. Dream On and What it Takes really hit me as well.

I guess "Open Arms" really "Kills Me" since it was the first song me and my exwife danced to at our wedding. "Crystal Ball" by Styx and "Daniel" by Elton John kill me because the radio played those songs on my way home the day my Grandma died.

"Two Out of Three Aint Bad" by Meatloaf hits me good. "Don't Know What you Got till its Gone" by Cinderella is up there. Angie by the Stones is on my list. I Wont Forget YOu by Poison is up there. "Thunder Road" by Springsteen is at the top of my list.

I could go on and on!

Good taste my brother. I dig good tunes!

That is a good one(the Aerosmith one).
I would have to say the one which gets me most is- Hitomi wo Tojite sung by Hirai Ken. It always makes me cry.
I also like Kaede by Spitz. Another one is Tooku E by my friends' band.
I don't know what musical style it is considered but the relatively new song- I Will Follow You Into the Dark by the band Death Cab for Cutie is really emotional also.
