As much as I can, I try not to hold grudges. They just weigh me down. Forgiving may be a blow to my pride at times but I rather have that than carry grudges for a long time. Besides, it always do feel good when I am at peace with myself and with all the people close to me. :)

is subject to having feelings hurt or worst and a grudge may
manifest and last forever or only a nano second ...
Being a species with a unique sort of awareness it may be difficult in ones life not to carry a grudge at least once, so it would seem.. Not to hold a grudge takes control or embracing
a belief system to discourage these holding blocks of memory
with negative energy, although i've read negative & positive
feelings carry the same vibration, so it appears what constitutes
the formula for operation of a feeling depends on ones state of mind ... So i'am not immuned form this behavior, i'm sure i have held a grudge at one point in my life, i try not to ........

While I make an effort not to hold a grudge... I still have one or two with my ex wife...

Not only do i hold them, i caress and nurture them. And mine are the best grudges of all as a result.

Hate is so ugly and unproductive.
Who has that kind of energy to waste?
Why not concentrate on things you love instead?
