means the persons email account that you are sending the email to does not exist anymore or has been disabled

No idea what the #102 is. Yahoo disables many email accounts for some very good reasons. One of the more common is for violations of Yahoo rules on usage. Protects the rest of us from Phishing, spamming, and several criminal activities.

It could be because the account has remained inactive for too long. I believe the period of inactivity after which they suspend your email account is 4 months.
