Check with your doctor immediately about any medications you are taking, obviously STOP taking your birth control pills, those can have serious implications to a developing fetus.
I thought I had a bad flu when I first got pg with my daughter, took NyQuil, advil, sudafed, you name it for about 2 weeks w/o realizing I was pg. She's 16 years old now, and absolutely fine. She was fine from the day she was born.

Depending on you medication and how long ago you concieved (of course), most gynecologists will tell you that everything should turn out okay, as long as you stop the birth-control and don't drink any more.
If you think about it, it's extremely common for newly pregnant, but unaware, women to drink and continue their regular meds. It happens ALL THE TIME!
My recommendation would be to visit your gynecologist as soon as possible and discuss your medications with him/her. Perhaps the meds you are taking are okay during pregnancy, or perhaps your gyno can suggest an alternative.
Aside from that, you should stop using alcohol and taking your birth-control IMMEDIATELY!
But again, drinking and taking meds aren't good for the new fetus, but as long as you act responsibly, starting now, everything will probably turn out great.

Consult a doctor because there's always the possibility of something being caused. However, if your on BC pill and other prescriptions, make sure their not antibiotics because an antibiotic will cancel out the BC in most cases. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but I highly recommend seeing a doctor to be on the safe side, ESPECIALLY if you're pregnant.
